HUSBAND • FATHER • DEVELOPING LEADERS • SERVING SPOKANE

Kenny Carlson is a devoted husband, father, business owner, ministry leader, and community servant who has dedicated 25 years to serving Spokane.

Rooted in his Christian faith, Kenny brings a commitment to strengthening families, developing leaders, and supporting people who face difficult circumstances. Across business, pastoral ministry, and nonprofit leadership, his work reflects a consistent purpose: helping people recognize their potential and encouraging them to use their gifts in service to others.

Leadership development is central to Kenny’s work. He believes leadership grows through character, responsibility, and a willingness to serve. His approach focuses on helping people discover their gifts, develop confidence, and understand the influence they can have in their families, workplaces, and communities. He encourages emerging leaders to embrace responsibility, act with integrity, and invest in the growth of those around them.

For Kenny, developing a leader means helping someone become a person others can trust someone who listens carefully, follows through, and leads with compassion.

Through his experience in business ownership, Kenny understands the responsibility that comes with leading people and building an organization. Business provides opportunities to put values into practice through everyday decisions, relationships, and commitments. His work connects the practical demands of leadership with his belief that people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Whether working alongside others or helping someone take the next step in their development, Kenny emphasizes accountability, perseverance, and service.

His pastoral ministry reflects that same concern for people. Guided by his Christian faith, Kenny seeks to encourage individuals and families as they navigate challenges, discover purpose, and grow in their capacity to care for others. Faith shapes how he understands leadership and community responsibility, calling him to respond to hardship with compassion and to recognize the worth of every person. His ministry and community involvement bring together spiritual conviction and a commitment to serving people in practical ways.

Kenny’s nonprofit leadership extends this commitment throughout Spokane. He has brought people together to strengthen families and respond to community needs, recognizing that meaningful service depends on relationships and shared responsibility.

He values the contributions of people from different backgrounds and understands that a stronger community grows when individuals are willing to work together, support one another, and make room for others to contribute.

Kenny advocates for people facing homelessness, addiction, and barriers to opportunity. His concern centers on the individuals and families behind these challenges their dignity, their potential, and their need for support. He believes that compassion requires a willingness to listen, understand difficult circumstances, and help create opportunities for people to move forward.

Above all, Kenny treasures his wife and two daughters. His identity as a husband and father remains at the heart of his life and informs his commitment to strengthening other families.

After 25 years of serving Spokane, he continues to bring together faith, leadership, and community service with a clear purpose: to help people grow, encourage leaders who invest in others, and serve his community with compassion, integrity, and humility.
