Marie Roy-Licin, MS, OTR/L is a licensed Occupational Therapist, healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader dedicated to improving the quality of life of children, adults, and older adults through compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation services and community advocacy.

With extensive clinical experience across a wide range of healthcare settings, Marie has devoted her career to serving individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, neurological disorders, and physical disabilities. She is recognized for her client-centered approach, clinical excellence, and unwavering commitment to helping individuals achieve greater independence, dignity, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

As the founder and owner of a rehabilitation services company, Marie provides executive leadership in the development and delivery of comprehensive therapy programs. She oversees multidisciplinary teams, promotes high standards of clinical practice, and works to expand access to high-quality rehabilitation services for underserved populations. Her leadership is driven by a belief that exceptional healthcare begins with compassion, innovation, and collaboration.

Marie has also demonstrated a longstanding commitment to nonprofit leadership and community service. She serves on the board of a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children with special needs and their families through education, advocacy, inclusive programming, and strategic community partnerships.
