Renée Hasler, began her healthcare career as a registered nurse after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University. She later pursued graduate studies in Health Policy and Administration at Washington State University.

Over the past four decades, she has worked across virtually every sector of healthcare, including hospitals, community-based care, institutional care, managed care, healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, and the biotechnology industry. Her diverse background has provided a broad understanding of the healthcare system from the bedside to executive leadership and healthcare policy.

Throughout her career, Renée has been driven by a single purpose: helping patients gain access to the highest quality care available while supporting healthcare organizations in delivering consistent, effective, and sustainable care. She has served in executive leadership and consulting roles, partnering with physicians, health systems, healthcare organizations, and industry leaders to improve operations, reimbursement, patient access, and quality outcomes.

Renée has also served as a board member, advisor, consultant, and advocate for nonprofit organizations and healthcare initiatives. She holds a Washington State Adult Family Home Administrator Certificate and is passionate about strengthening the Adult Family Home industry through sound governance, operational excellence, education, and advocacy.

As a member of the Washington Association of Adult Family Home Providers Board of Directors, Renée looks forward to contributing her experience in healthcare leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development to help advance WAFHA’s mission and support Adult Family Home providers throughout Washington State.
